Augustas<\/h3>\n

Augustas was born on 1 July 2019, inheriting the experience, expertise, clients and references of MAO Risk Consulting and of the Risk Consulting department of PCA Consultative Broker.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

MAO Risk Consulting<\/h3>\n

MAO Risk Consulting was born in March 2016 on the initiative of its founder Maurizio Castelli, to offer thirty years of experience in risk management in the form of 360 \u00b0 professional risk management consultancy. In the first year since its foundation, MAO developed its own methodology for Operational Risk Management and Insurance Risk Assessment, which was successfully applied to some manufacturing companies in the \u201cMid Corporate\u201d segment (with a turnover of EUR 100-300 m.).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

Training<\/h3>\n

In the first year of business activity, a scientific consultancy agreement was made with ANRA (the Italian Association of Risk Managers) which gave MAO the opportunity to coordinate the ALP (ANRA Learning Path) Project and leading to the creation of a new professional path for training of Risk Managers. The course, designed in adherence to the \u201cBody of Knowledge\u201d of FERMA (European Federation of Risk Management Associations) has been the first in Europe to obtain accreditation from FERMA as an introductory course for the European Professional Certification RIMAP (Risk Management Professional).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

ERM, ORM and Project Risk Management<\/h3>\n

Since 1 July 2017, Mao has entered into a Partnership agreement on Risk Management services with PCA Consultative Broker to jointly offer advanced Risk Consulting services to PCA customers, MAO customers and the market in general. In 2017, with the creation of an ad hoc department and thanks to the Partnership with MAO, PCA, to complete its traditional insurance intermediation services, was able to offer its customers Risk Consulting tools with strategic value and high added value. In two years of activity, numerous projects have been completed, especially in the ERM, ORM and Project Risk Management fields with references in numerous product sectors and in the Corporate and Mid Corporate segments.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>
