The start of this new professional adventure with Augustas Risk Services<\/strong> is exciting for me and represents the natural development of the work that has fascinated me for the past 3 years, in addition to being landing point after 30 years of experience in the world of companies risk management.<\/p>\n

In fact, little more than 30 years have passed since shortly after graduation from the Politecnico di Milano;<\/strong> I joined the Pirelli Group Risk Management team<\/strong> which was at the time one of the very few companies in Italy that had a specialized department dedicated to managing its own technical, financial and insurance risks.<\/p>\n

In addition, little more than 3 years has passed since I decided to put this thirty-year experience at the service of the market in the form of specialized Risk Management<\/strong> consultancy. The company I created (MAO Risk Consulting<\/strong>) gave me great satisfaction both in terms of consulting, where I implemented operational Risk Management models for some Italian multinational companies in the Mid-Corporate segment (\u20ac 200-300 M turnover), and in terms of training training, thanks to the partnership with ANRA (the Italian Associations of Risk Managers).<\/p>\n

Soon the achieved success made it essential to think of jumping to the next step in terms of size and business model; thanks to an existing excellent professional relationship I started a new partnership with PCA<\/strong> Consultative Brokers<\/strong>, an insurance and reinsurance broker company of the Gavio Group<\/strong>. In fact, this partnership has made it possible to combine MAO\u2019s know-how and exclusive experience in the field of Risk Management, with the size and the consolidated structure of PCA as well as the Brand and the commercial influence of the Gavio Group.<\/p>\n

The partnership led to very positive results, beyond the expectations of both partners and led to the decision to present ourselves on the market as a new separate company dedicated to 360 \u00b0 Risk Management<\/strong> services; thus Augustas was born.<\/p>\n

With this background, enthusiasm and passion we present ourselves to existing clients and to who we have expect to further develop, thanks to our unique business provision which is being a \u201csingle source provider\u201d for all needs that companies might have in managing their risk.<\/p>\n

I spoke of a landing point, but of course, I am aware of the fact that today, more than ever, a continuous innovation in the business is a must, and therefore this new exciting adventure is a starting point too.<\/p>\n
