Augustas Risk Services has signed a collaboration agreement with KEISDATA, an IT services company, focused on the development of software and online platforms for Risk Management, Compliance and Knowledge Engineering, areas that today, according to studies of the Gartner Group, represent one of the frontiers of innovation.
The company has recently launched an IT platform called KRC® – Solution, certified by Certiquality as a highly innovative product. KRC® has already been chosen, in turn, by leading Italian companies and foreign multinationals and is recognized on the market as one of the best Risk Management Solution it is also accredited by a research conducted by the Politecnico di Milano as one of the most comprehensive and innovative Risk Management solutions.
The partnership agreement provides on one hand the use and marketing of the KRC © platform by Augustas Risk Services and on the other hand the possibility for KEISDATA to use the Risk Consulting services of A.R.S. to support the sale and implementation of its IT products with its customers.
Regarding Augustas’s use and marketing of the KRC © platform, two collaboration models are planned: a first model refers to the resale of KRC © modules to Corporate customers, who have reached a good level of maturity in the Risk Management area and therefore need to have an IT platform capable of enabling these needs. The second model refers to the use of KRC © ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) module by Augustas Risk Services to support the implementation of its consulting projects with a particularly advanced repository and reporting tool.
Through the ISO 31.000: 2018 guidelines, the Risk Management process is reproduced in the KRC © IT Platform for the management of different types of risk (operational, financial, compliance and strategic) using a unique and integrated management model.
KRC © revolutionizes the way companies’ risk is managed and evaluated, taking advantage of the skills of the various companies’ staff, facilitating group work and helping to share knowledge up to the decision-making stages.
The Risk Management module, activated through the KRC © platform, allows the company to adapt the Risk Model to its corporate business and Business field, giving the possibility of publishing updated documentation and alerting the approaching deadlines by giving notifications of what has been done or is being done.
The objective of the partnership between Augustas Risks Services and KEISDATA is to implement a 360-degree risk management process for its customers, combining risk identification, analysis and treatment consulting and implementation of an ERM framework, through the highly qualified service by Augustas Risk Services and the innovative risk analysis and reporting approach allowed by KEISDATA information systems.
